| | Ok, so I'm back, but only for a limited time... AND solely for business purposes. I know, I know... But, what can I say? At this point, I'm completely shameless about using my weblog as a cheap means of advertising. Anyway, what am I selling? Well, if the title of this entry didn't give it away, I'm selling my townhouse. Yes, the future wife and I are looking for greener pastures... (since there isn't much greenery within downtown Houston). With that change in scenery comes the necessity to sell my current abode that has served me quite well for the past 5 years.
What are the details?
2 bedroom / 2 bath in a serene gated community just outside of downtown Houston. When I say this, I literally mean "just outside" which really means less than half a mile from downtown. It's a great location because it's so accessible to pretty much every major freeway in the area, But why would you want to get on those congested highways anyway? You're virtually walking distance away from Minute Maid Park, Discovery Green, and the Toyota Center (for all those sports and outdoor enthusiasts).
Did I mention you'll be about a block away from some of the greatest breakfast tacos and tamales on the freaking planet?? To add to this amazing revelation, you're about 2 blocks from the ORIGINAL NINFA'S, which is about a billion times better than any of the chain restaurants anywhere around the world. Don't believe me? Try it for yourself.... and when you do, be sure to invite me along... if you're paying, at least. =)
Anyway, the home is beautiful and very well maintained. You probably couldn't find a cleaner 5 year-old townhouse out there. And for my fellow Xangans, I'll even give you a special price.
